The company I work for helps people when they are going through one of the most difficult times in their lives because they are moving. I answer the phone like normal and ask for the customers name and he says it’s “big daddy”. I paused for a second and I just busted out laughing. The rest of the call was quick and simple and he was a unicorn customer.
