I have trouble with the GDPR question we have to ask at the start of each call.

“Is it okay to record to record the call for training purposes?” (Bearing in mind they can just say no and I can press no)

“Well what do ya mean?!”

“Can we record the call?”

“I just want to place an order!”

“Right is it okay to record the call?”

“Can I give you my order now?”

“I just need a yes or no answer to the question”

“What question?”

“Can we record the call?”

“It’s Mrs **** here…”

“OKAY MRS **** CAN WE RECORD THE CALL?!”

“You want my card number now?”

This was not an isolated incident. This happens multiple times a day. JUST SAY NO FFS!
