Howdy! Very new to the subreddit, but recently I was offered a job for a Call Center in my region. This would be my first job in this kind of environment. I do have experience in Customer Service (working as a kitchen manager for about a year until the restaurant went under) and working under extreme pressure. My interview is tomorrow and I would really love some advice and questions that I could ask my interviewer!
