“no I’m not going to transfer you to supervisor because you don’t like the answer you got, I have given you the solution, we can get the technician scheduled to go out to fix the issue or we can leave it as is, what would you like to do?”
Just hearing the stunned defeat in their voice was amazing. I’m trying to help you lady and I’m telling you how to fix it. You called for my help. Just because you didn’t like the solution doesn’t mean someone else will give you a different one.
