Shorty story this guy calls in saying he had another sales agent and the line got disconnected and would like to speak with him. I told him there’s no way I can get in contact with the same agent.
While I’m pulling up his account he tells me I’m not energetic enough and I’m like?????
He says transfer him to someone who’s actually happy to do their job and doesn’t sound tired and dead, in my head I’m thinking
Oh buddy if you had to deal with 25+ calls in a row you wouldn’t have a “happy” attitude either.
Side note stopped feeling energetic after seeing all the fakeness at work but that’s a different story for another time
