I work in a call center for a communications company.
I had a call from a customer the other day demanded to be spoken to as if we were on a CB radio.
THIS REQUEST IS EVEN IN THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FIELD
He insisted I use “10-4” and “Over” and “Out” when speaking with him.
If you failed to do so…he would just hang up.
Weirdest call ever.
