So I work at a call center fixing iPhone iPod and iPad software.
One day maybe like a year and a half ago I got a call and this guy didn’t want to give me his information he just wanted me to fix his issue (typical).
I told him I need this information to create a case since I didn’t have anything pulled up and so he gave me his name….. he told me his name was Hubba-Bubba and I had to document the case like that because that’s all he was giving me.
He had an issue with find my iPhone and needed the Apple ID taken off the old iPod he had so I explain the process of either resetting the password ( which we couldn’t do because he didn’t know the email) or submitting a proof of purchase and he didn’t want to do that.
He told me he was going to jail break it and then asked me what the newest iPhone was and I was like the iPhone X and he was like wow that’s old I have the 11 and I’m from the future have fun in the past loser and disconnected the call.
