Had a call a few days ago. Normal problem with payment. Slightly harder to solve because the customer was slurring his words and taking therefore a bit longer to follow instructions. But otherwise pretty much normal. And hey at least he followed my instructions that’s a big plus.
We solved the problem I said my have a nice day. And he answered. “I love you! Call me back!”
