Again, I do tech support….and people have been extra stupid lately.
Today, I tell a man to press power to turn his computer on and then hold down command + r while his computer boys. He says, “Capital or lowercase?”
Cue facepalm….
It took about 30 minutes and 10 tries before he successfully held down said keys.
And he didn’t sound super old either. It was THAT kind of day.
