Lady doesn’t know what her problem is

I do tech support for a large phone company. Lady calls in and tells me her phone is broken. I ask her does she mean it has physical damage or will it not turn on?

She says she doesn’t know, it’s just broken.

I proceed to spend the next 30 minutes trying to get her to explain to me what she means by broken. She just kept saying it was very complicated and she did not know.

Finally told her that I couldn’t help her if she could not provide any details and she finally hung up.

Don’t know if she was trying to get a free phone or if she was really that stupid.
