Hubby and I are travelling to Europe for the first time next year. We are flying into and out of Zurich. I’m trying to find accommodation for a few nights in Zurich. Omg the reviews!
People whinge about the most ridiculous stuff. Reading this sub has ruined hotel shopping for me forever! I’m reading reviews and wondering what the other side of the story is, and how bad it really was.
So how do I pick a good hotel. Zurich seems awfully expensive, so I’ve upped my usual per night budget, and my requirements are good safe area close to public transport and easy walking with lots of food options.
How much trust do I put in website reviews like trip advisor and booking etc. I refuse to go near Expedia.
