Complaint about an entire call centre

Customer contacted my Social Media team about how each time he contacts the Glasgow call centre he feels like he’s being talked down to and that everyone is hostile and how he can’t understand them half the time.I listened to his previous call, as soon as the adviser spoke he audibly tutted on the line. Guy clearly just doesn’t like Scottish people because the call was fine.

The beautiful irony that me, the only Scottish guy in my Belfast based team is dealing with the complaint.
