A customer calling in regarding is registration on iPhone 11 pre-sale. Client is questioning why he hasn’t received his iPhone 11 yet. Operator tried to explain the reason but he refuses to accept it. Reason: launch date in our country is tomorrow, the 20th. “Get me a supervisor, this is unacceptable!!”
