“Where is my iPhone 11??”

Escalated call happening as we speak!

(I’m on mobile and English is not my first language).

A customer calling in regarding is registration on iPhone 11 pre-sale. Client is questioning why he hasn’t received his iPhone 11 yet. Operator tried to explain the reason but he refuses to accept it. Reason: launch date in our country is tomorrow, the 20th. “Get me a supervisor, this is unacceptable!!”

  1. God help us` I had 20 of those same calls today… 70 year olds yelling about IPhones and just 6 months ago the account had a Kyocera Dura on account!!
