This is a shorty. It’s about a friend’s interesting method for working around dumb answers when working at a tv and internet provider call center.
[really agitated oldish woman called, angry opening conversation]
Woman: Okay what do I need to do?
Him: Unplug the device from power.
Woman: I TOLD YOU I ALREADY UNPLUGGED IT
Him: Okay is the green light under the label “LAN1” lit up?
Woman: YES. IT IS.
Him: Then please unplug the device from power.
