I’ve finally done it..

I finally found a job outside of a call centre!

Ive worked in customer service call centres for around 10 years. From citizens advice, mobile network providers, and retail, moving to an office manager position for a chartered surveyor, and I couldn’t be happier about it.

My mental health is shot, my respect for retail and customer service agents has quadrupled and I can finally get over this God awful chest infection.
