I had a provider call in with her panties in a knot because she hadn’t gotten paid. In the end it was actually her own fault. However she had the nerve to say to me “I work in an office, I don’t sit on my butt all—-(tries to back track) I don’t have time to wait on hold for X company (our new billing company)” okay lady.
