Called a woman today, when she answered I could hear fox news loud in the background. I am calling to tell her that her case has been denied. Before I can go into why she starts going off on how we never approve anything. I start to talk and she cuts me off to tell me that “why would it be denied anyways? I got an approval letter in the mail.” (Sometimes a second case will deny because it is a duplicate of a previous approved case)
I just love how this woman with an approval on file is complaining that we never approve cases.
Then she started to go on a tirade about democrats that included curse words and warnings that my generation better watch our backs. I hit her with a “have a nice night ma’am” and ended the call.
