Just found this sub, had a good example today

This lady literally started the call spitting mad and yelling. No matter what I said she was a totally out of control and spitting. I finally said “Mam it sounds like you are very angry, would you like me to bring a supervisor on the line to see if they can help?” She yells “you have NO right to tell me how I feel!!!” Anyway, the nastier she got, the “nicer” I got and at the end of the call I said “ thank you for your call, it’s been a pleasure “ . Hopefully later she will realize what an ass she was and that I was being sarcastic.
