Day 4 of training on my new IT position

So I recently got a new job, as a Service Desk agent, so I am now in a B2B model instead of taking calls from Customers like I did before, and all these new systems and situations seem so complex and technical holy shit, I am currently with my headset on my laptop listening to calls from a guy who has been here for almost a year and he knows about networks and passwords and vpns, emails, mapping, routing, coding?? How in the ? I just used three systems in my past job and was so simple because it was in an online store, all this seems so complicated, I am freaking out lol. \

Any of you guys with experience in both fields can give me some input or heads up? I dont wanna screw up
