“OH COME ON YOU’VE GOTTA HAVE THAT!”

“Like I said, I need to know who you are, Sir”

“Right it’s Mr *****”

“No, I can’t find any record of you”

“WELL WHY NOT?!”

“I don’t know, it’s just not recognising you as a customer of ours”

“Well I’m not…”

“Right, and have you ever had any correspondence with us in the past?”

“No.”

“Well why would you think we’ve got all your details then?”

“BECAUSE I’VE BEEN LIVING IN THIS HOUSE FOR 25 YEARS!!! EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ME!!”

“Okay, we don’t have access to the electoral role or anything like that, so unless you’ve been a customer of ours in the past, we wouldn’t have any details of you. But we can certainly send you a brochure!”

“OH FORGET IT!”
