I worked in a Call Center that took overflow calls for Dell desktops. One guy took a call, and after several minutes with the guy, put him on speaker. The guy was cursing up a storm, trying to threaten the tech. But the tech just asked him: sir? What is the issue? What do you need fixed?
The guy never once stopped yelling and threatening long enough to tell him why he called.
