So I’m working this new job and we’re on a meeting and this girl. Very nice person, begins to complain about difficult customers. I asked what did they say that made her so mad. And she goes..
“There so nasty to me, they yell and are rude on the phone “
I don’t know about you guys but to me this was like a deputy complaining to a war veteran about how hard his job is. I mean like really? Really? I’ve had my life threatened, got cancer wished upon me and my family. Had so many horrible interactions with customers and your crying because they’re “rude”? ;dude talk to me when they say they wish your baby died in your arms then you have the right to complain about nasty customers.
I had this happen at different call centers, we would be In training and the trainers would give their experiences as a example on how hard it can get dealing with customers. I would sit there and just think “man if this trainer had my calls, she would be in the corner crying as she rocked herself back and forth”.
Anyone else feel this way? Or am I just being a jerk?
