Title pretty much says it all. Customer came through today to complain about a repair, and was very up front about the fact that whatever happened, they were going to cancel all their plans with us, so I don’t know why they thought that would make me give a shit. I check the account, and it was an in guarantee repair so nothing to do with us, as we only look after out of guarantee.
Put an infinite number of monkeys on the phone and they’d come up with a more coherent argument. Either that or put us out of the job.
