I’m still stressed since I care about the well-being of my customers, but today was ones of the roughest day after 4 months of working in I.T.
I completely understand why the costumer was mad, but damn that hit kinda hard.
Short Resume : I work in an I.T centre for a software specialized in managing hair salon and spa. Their systems weren’t working and yeah, You just have to say “yes” like a robot and say that you are doing it “now”.
