“I have never owned a computer and I never will!”

This one’a short and sweet. These words were snapped at me by an angry old woman I was walking through troubleshooting on her phone. She was one of the sort who needs an explanation when you ask her what she sees on her home screen.

This was an iPhone issue and I asked if she had a computer available to attempt a factory restore through iTunes when she shouted this at me. It took all my self control not to get snarky and say “ma’am I have some bad news about the device you’re using right now.”
