This is my first call center job for tech support at a well known company and i’ve only been there since December after being at a different job for 6 years… I have never been so exhausted, tired and depressed in my life. Constant headaches, just unwell. Is this normal?

Sadly working in customer service, sales and tech support this is the norm. It is way more emotiona & mentallyl exhausting then any other job. I would rather be physically exhausted.
