Hi all! I was recently hired by a call center and they paid for me to get my insurance license. The job starts in a month but so far I have only heard negative things about call centers. Does anyone have any advice or experience that could give me more insight about working at a call center? And if there is anyone that loves there job I’d love to hear what the good things are!
