It only happened to me a couple times, but I always got so excited as lame as that sounds! Ironically enough, a year apart from each other I took a call for Tommy Lee Jones (who I spoke to!) and Pamela Anderson (who I spoke with an assistant on her behalf).
Tommy Lee was genuinely kind. I worked in the fraud department, and noticed we reached out multiple times to confirm charges that were obviously valid when you use sound judgment but our system thought were suspicious. As you can imagine, he would be in one country on one night spending thousands and then in a different country the next doing the same. You’d think he’d be too busy to call in himself, or even annoyed he had to take the time to verify the same charges multiple times (they were iTunes charges at that!) but not at all. He was sweet!
