At my call center we take calls for all over the country and today I got a dreaded call (I work for an answering service) this particular client it always ends up being a 20+ minute call. The caller just wanted something simple and I actually helped him but that meant I had to wait 6 minutes to clock out. The caller asked me when my shift ended and I said in 6 minutes. This guy said “I’ve worked in call centers before how about I keep chatting with you for 6 minutes so you don’t get a call from h*** and you can go home on time.” For once I got to go home on time. I found a unicorn!
