Anyone else feel weird calling a call center when you work in one?

Anytime I have to call a call center it feels weird because I obviously work in one. I know how we act and how my co workers sometimes talk shit about the customer while they’re on hold. Everyone always sounds professional and polite but I know at my work as soon as the phone hangs up, we mess around.

I don’t know maybe it’s just me but I’m curious as to what goes on in the background while I’m on the line with an agent.
