This happened to me several years ago. At the time, I was the only female in a small call center. We took calls for a satellite TV company. I got a call from a male customer complaining that he had lost signal. I walked through some basic troubleshooting and we were unable to fix the picture so I set up a work order. At the end of the call the customer says “has anyone ever told you that you have a nice voice? Has anyone ever told you they were masturbating to the sound of your voice?” Needless to say I was shocked. I hung up the call immediately and reported it to my manager. The call center blocked his number from calling in after that.
