Got in trouble today… NSFW language.

A lady emailed us saying she was promised a bunch of free gift boxes. I took a look at her account, the last note was from 2016 saying she was promised free gift boxes then, too and told we don’t offer them. I responded letting her know, in a friendly, but firm way, we’ve told her we don’t offer gift boxes and unfortunately whoever placed her order for her didn’t make a note. Well she clicked the feedback link, from another agent, and tore me a new asshole about how dare I call her a liar yada yada. The worst part is whoever the rep was she filled out the survey for it still stands, no way to delete it. Hopefully the fucker who placed her order got in trouble for not notating her account (we have to notate every time we touch an account) about how he did request boxes be sent to her (which my supervisor showed me how to check, never had to because we don’t fucking send gift boxes, we used to, but our ordering software never deleted the option). I get the temp that placed her order shouldn’t have done that, but to say the searing things she said it’s uncalled for. My supervisor told me it was super viscous, but I didn’t get to read it.

Fuck the rep who placed the order, and fuck that lady who has a history of escalating and screaming at everyone, it’s free boxes bitch, not like we robbed you at gunpoint 🖕

Thanks for letting me vent. Just happened an hour ago.
