Me: Sorry sir I do not know a Jody and I am in a call center in South Dakota (I work from home!)
Caller: Okay I will just hang up and call again.
UMMM, I am thinking you are calling into an 800 # and you expect to speak to a “Jody”? He is wasting his time…lol
