People get so angry and stupid and they complaint about everything and they yell ugly things at me and i hate rude costumers. They call and start demaning things that cannot be done. We can’t refund the full price of ticket because you arrived late to the bus, it is not our responsability, please don’t shout at me i just work here 🙁
