Tales from the callcenter the Americas

Me: and what state do you live in

Cx: the Americas

Me: and what state in the us do you live

Cx: (yelling) are you stupid I already told you America, do you want me to spell it out for you U S A

Me: what city do you live in (Thinking to myself if I know what city he lives in I can just look it up)

Cx: Springfield

Look it up in the system over 40 results.

Me: what is your zip code (maybe I can find the state through a google search)

Cx: Oh, say! can you see by the dawn’s early light

Me: Sir I need to know where you live before I can help you

Cx: What so proudly we hailed at the twilight’s last gleaming; Whose broad stripes and bright stars, through the perilous fight, O’er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming? And the rocket’s red glare

And then he hangs up.
