So i work for a pretty big bank in the lending team and this dude calls up complaining that it took 20 mins to get thru to us (when u get thru to an agent who then transfers you to the lending team, it doesnt normally take 20 mins but he had needed a few things done before he was transfered to me) so the guys keeps name dropping the CEO and tells me he earns 500k a few times. Hes so condescending and asks to speak to a manager.
Manager takes call over, he tells her again how he earns 500k BUT wants to be refunding the cost of the call, bc apparently a salary of 500k isnt enough to pay for a a 35 min phone bill -.-
