I just want to let out some steam here.
I just don’t understand the point of surveys.
I know that they’re important to get customer’s feedback about the services and products so we’ll know how to improve them, but lately they use it like a loaded gun to shoot you once you turn your back if they you don’t give them what they want. The management don’t even care if you did what is right once you get hit with these surveys. They don’t even care if the customer is lying.
I am thinking crazy right now because all my hardwork’s just got wasted.
