What are some common questions for an airline when a customer rings up?

I have just started for an airline company and am trying to prepare myself.

This is very different from my previous job in a call centre as there are many more variables.

I am getting used to the systems at present in training but want to produce some direct step by step notes for specific questions so I don’t stumble and panic when I am on the phones.
