Okay but does anyone have any funny stories about co workers making you laugh when a customer answers and you have to keep muting the mic in between laughs. I had one today but i didnt hit mute fast enough and I had a old customer answer and i guess i sounded like i was a dying whale because he was yelling at his wife about someone prank calling him sounding like a dying whale…..
