Working in a small call center there are times are phones are dead. But mostly the calls are jumping like Lima beans well any hoot had a caller call the other day. To complain about how bad the phone menu was and asked if there was another way to get through to the dept and unfortunately all the calls get routed to my desk I said so i can also help you out, what’s your question so we can get you in the right direction . It went from zero to 1000 quick and all because of our phone menu system. Yay for a complaint I get almost everyday.
