So I once got a call that went like this…
Me: Hello and thank you for calling “Herp Derp”, my name is J..(cut off by caller)
Caller: My name is Barbara and my phone number is yada-yada! You people have (quickly rattles off list of issues) and I want the top, TOP guy to call me immediately!
…hangs up.
Never got a word in, never pulled up an account. I guess she’s still waiting for the top, TOP guy to call her back. LOL
