In a call, I had a customer who’d been offered a final resolution to a complaint she’d made about us C- Customer CCE- Me.
CCE- Ok, I have offered you a final resolution to your complaint, I can’t progress this complaint any further.
C- A full and final resolution? That sounds like what the Nazis did to the Jews in World War II.
CCE- Watch your language, I find that quite offensive.
C- Oh well, you’re just doing your job , aren’t you? (Condescending tone)
