Shapes a hard

I work in a alarm monitoring center as an operator. For those not in the know if your system goes into trouble it will often display an orange light often in the shape of a triangle. I received a call from a woman today reporting such an incident. She stated “there’s a orange light with three sides. Honey what did you call it?” Then I hear a guy in the room with her yell”A TRIANGLE!!!” Yup. A triangle
