Welp I did it. I yelled at a customer service rep for something that wasn’t her fault. I got dragged to a post office to get my money order, dealt with all the crap that happens consistently there, wasn’t able to deposit the damn money order because my bank’s app failed, got trapped in a stupid voice menu, and then ruined someone’s day when I finally got through to a rep. Argh. I’ve worked enough customer service jobs to never do that to someone.
So I’m here after the fact to say I’m sorry lady, maybe you’ll read this and feel better that at least I’m sorry.
