Just took a furious customer who had been promised callbacks from other teams both online and over the phone and never been reached for multiple days.
You guys know how those calls start – rawring sometimes even before you can start talking.
There’s nothing like the feeling though of talking one of those guys down and fixing their problem to the point where at the end they give you that confused/relieved voice upon realizing it’s all good now. Like they have a hard time believing the problem is really fixed until you provide proof that it really is over.
