Advice for a novice?

I might be starting at a call centre soon, it’s a not-for-profit water company.

As well as general advice, the biggest question I have is:

I’ll be working in customer accounts, will this be relatively low stress?

(Because they are hopefully not phoning to complain, just to update their account information)
