Has anyone ever worked in a call center that tried to send you messages via Morse code while in call? The reason I’m asking is because lately I’ve had a lot of calls where I can hear loud dial tones on the line and it happens so often I don’t believe it’s the members accidentally pressing buttons. Is this maybe a sound that happens when someone “dials in” to listen to my call live? I just want it to stop, it gives me headaches.
