Where do I find settings?

So I have only posted one story so I apologize if this isn’t the most interesting one in the world but people drive me crazy! I’ll be PJ: For me and TCG: for technologically challenged guy.

PJ: Thank you for calling (company name here) this is PJ may I have your claim number please?

TCG: No, no I just need to know how to download (generic letter) from your website.

PJ: Ok sir so what web browser are you using? It could be that you have your pop ups blocked and it won’t download because of that reason.

TCG: Ok umm I’m using the browser with the red,green and yellow circle with a blue dot in the middle.

PJ: Ok great so you’re using google chrome. So to disable to the pop up blocker you need to go the right hand side of the screen near the top right, there will be three dots next to the address bar, that’s to access your settings, once you click on it you hit the button that says “settings”.

TCG: Ok…I have no idea what a ‘google chrome’ is but I found the three dots and clicked it but I don’t see settings.

PJ: Ok that’s fine, if you have clicked the three dots you select settings. It’s the third one from the bottom.

TCG: THERE IS NOTHING THERE I SEE DOWNLOADS, HISTORY AND BOOKMARKS BUT THERE IS NO DAMN SETTINGS.

PJ: Sir it’s the third one from the bottom. Just go over the options carefully it’s there.

TCG: NO YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND IT ISN’T THERE, HOW DUMB ARE YOU?!

PJ: ok you dumb fuck ok sir I am just trying to help you there is no need to insult me.

TCG: WELL OBVIOUSLY YOU CAN’T DO YOU JOB RIGHT IF YOU CAN’T HELP ME DOWNLOAD A DAMN DOCUMENT FROM YOUR SHITTY WEBSITE.

PJ: Sir I am attempting to help you and have told you how to access your settings so we can—

TCG: NO, SCREW THIS I’M JUST GONNA CALL BACK IN TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY’RE DOING click

PJ: (stunned silence)

PJ: umm..well thanks for calling?

I really don’t understand how people cannot find something as simple as settings. This man was obviously in his early-mid 30’s and he just wouldn’t listen to a word I was trying to tell him.

Why are people so damn hateful to the people who genuinely are trying to help them?

So I do deeply apologize to the next agent who gets this horrible man, but I did document the account accordingly so you know what to expect.

Also, I hope this man takes a basic computer literacy class. DAMN. Like dude, don’t call us unless your willing to cooperate and listen.
