Customer wanted to change something in her mobile phone contract but was unable to tell me her customer number. Told her she can also tell me her bank account number to authorize at which she started to yell at me meaning that she would give it to me but if she crashes her car while getting her card out of her purse while driving at 160km/h, I would be responseable for it.
I dont understand why people call a service when they are not at home.
